By commissioning the artist, the client agrees to the following terms.

NDA agreements can be discussed and arranged with the artist.

The Artists reserves the right to publish the final work on their social media and website.

The artist holds the right to cancel or refuse a project request.

TVpaint files of the commisson can be sell online on the gumroad account of the artist for educational or personal purpose only.

Artist do not animate in any art style other than her own and don’t animate explicit content.

All detailed backgrounds are painted with gouache on paper, I will not paint the background digitally even if asked to do so.

No sound design or music is provided.

Once the artist accepts a commission, all subsequent exchanges take place on Discord.

Deadline have to be communicated and agreeed on with the artist prior to any payement.

The animation process unfolds in the following order:

• Storyboards, unanimated shots to have a global vision.

• Rough, based on the storyboard

• Clean

• Shadow/ lights

• Color

• Compositing, combine all the layers to create a unified whole

The client receives previews on the progress of the work at each stage described above.

Responsive behaviour and clear communication are expected, failure to meet this requirement will result in the delivery of a finished product without updates or interaction.

If the customer is not courteous, or does not communicate sufficiently the artist reserves the right to refuse the commission.

It takes about a month to complete an animation, but this will vary based on the complexity of the piece and current availability.

Additional fees apply primarily for changes requested on the stage after the client and the artist have agreed that the stage is complete, as well as for major edits.

ex :

• Significant changes requested after client and artist have agreed on the sketch may be charged.

• Any changes requested to the animation after it has been completed and coloring has begun may be charged.

• Edits once the compositing is done will be charged or refused if the artist doesn't agree for any reasons (upcoming work, too close of a deadline…).

Additional costs will apply if the client ask to a rush order.

The artist is allowed to stream the process unless client want to keep it a secret wich will result in 20% extra fee.

Creating original characters without any references will cost more depending on the complexity of the design (around 20% extra fee).

For scene animation the client will receive a video in MP4 and MOV, in 4K and 2K. Canva size is 3840 X 2160 for 4K and 1920 X 1080 for 2K.

For stinger the client will receive a video in MOV and a png sequence. The client doesn’t have the right to edit the mask. If the stinger does not require any mask the canvas size is identical to that of the scene animation in 2K. If the stinger require a mask, the canva size is 3840 X 1080.

For animated emotes the client will receive a GIF in 200 X 200.

For animated alerts the client will receive a GIF in 800 X 600.

No physical item is included.

The original 4K TV Paint file and Ater Effect file will not be provided. The client can pay to have the 2K file of TV Paint only.

It’s the client responsibility to save and store any project files.

No work on the project will begin until the first invoice's paid.

A minimum of 50% must be paid upfront to confirm the commission.

The remaining 50% must be paid right before I start the compositing stage.

Payements are in €, euro, currency and via bank transfer.

Refunds are not accepted unless the commission hasn't been started.

Clients are elegible for a full refund only if they choose to cancel on the project before the delivery of the first sketches of the storyboard.

The client can’t edit themselves or ask someone else to edit the commission.

The artist must be clearly credited on the client's platforms or on any other easily accessible medium.

Resale is prohibited.

It is forbiden to use the work for AI.

Costumer do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process.

Customer information will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties until agreed otherwise.
